We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely. We are confident we can abide by any imposed guidelines while continuing to seamlessly support our customers’ business operations. Because we care about our associates, our customers and our communities, we want to share the steps we are taking during this fluid and changing situation.
- We do have an active business continuity plan to keep our customers, our visitors, our associates and their families safe and healthy. This plan now includes new sanitation measures – double cleaning efforts using anti-viral and bleach products throughout the facility.
- We are instituting travel and self-quarantine procedures and will be sharing these with associates through company wide meetings as well as on an associate hotline soon. We do ask associates with flu-like symptoms to stay home.
- We discourage non-essential visitors to our facility, but we can participate in any meeting via phone or conference. For mission critical, essential visitors, we will eliminate unnecessary physical contact and enforce the use of hand sanitation stations throughout the facility. We may institute pre-screening measures at a later date for all who enter our facilities.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone to stay educated and we are sharing these reliable resources:
